Grace Choi
Hello! My name is Grace Choi and I am very excited for this opportunity to return to Sihanoukville, Cambodia, where I first received my calling into the international education field. My first mission trip to Cambodia was in 2006, and I returned to Cambodia three more times with different mission teams. Each time, I saw how the country was struggling to rebuild its education system after the Cambodian genocide during the Khmer Rouge regime. Meanwhile, through God's grace, I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and went on to get my Master's degree in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University. I realized that God had given me the passion for education and the gift of teaching. I truly believe it was God leading me to go on those mission trips, further my education, and get the teaching experience I will need to do His work. So I am looking forward to seeing how He will use me at Life International School as the principal to further His kingdom and bring glory to Him.
After 8 years, I'm finally going back!
Soli Deo Gloria!

Sarah Park
Hi my name is Sarah Park, one of the four missionaries who will teach at Sihanoukville, Cambodia for 11 months! Growing up in North Carolina, I never realized how privileged I was to receive the education I have today. Although teaching is not a skill I believe I excel in, I look forward to sharing the education I received with the students attending Life International School. I pray for safety and unity within this team, but most importantly, I pray for God to stay as the center of this entire trip. Bittersweet as it is to say goodbye to the people we care about, the joy of being able to come back and encourage others with my testimony helps me overlook the temporary heartbreak and see how God is shaping my life and others across the world. Cambodia will become our home until next year, but I won't forget about my home back in NC! Even though I'll be in a country that's miles and miles away from where we stand, I trust that God will watch over our family, friends, and the people we care about. But until then... See you next year!

Esther Yoo
Hello, my name is Esther Yoo. Born and raised on North Carolinian soil, I have grown to love and appreciate everything about my home state. As boring as NC can get sometimes, I can't help but enjoy the clean, crisp air, the incredible view from the mountains, the comfort I get from eating southern food, and most of all, the amazing community (-cough- FKBC) I get to spend time with!! For as long as I could remember, I always loved traveling; I love everything about it: The diverse cultures, food (lots, and lots of food), new friends, and the fun adventures I get to experience. However... despite my love of travel, I have never actually embarked outside of the country. Shocking, right?! And so, I am incredibly psyched to have this opportunity to FINALLY go overseas to... CAMBODIA! I'm so thankful that God has opened all the doors leading to this moment. Although I am excited for all the travel aspects of being in Cambodia, I am more excited to be used by Him and see God work through myself and the first grade students I will be teaching at Life International School in Sihanoukville, Cambodia! Whatever may happen, I know that God is in control and everything will work out in His favor. Cheers to a new beginning!!

Sally Han
Hi! My name is Sally Han and it is my pleasure to share a little about myself with you all. This past May the chapter of my undergraduate life ended as I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Now, by the grace of God, a new chapter is starting in my life: teaching 2nd grade at Life International School in Sihanoukville, Cambodia for a year. Never have I imagined myself going to Cambodia, let alone teaching an entire class there! Truly, God's ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9). I am excited to have this opportunity to teach students in Cambodia. Starting in August 2014, I will be taking a big step out of my comfortable, beautiful home in High Point, North Carolina and learn to call Sihanoukville, Cambodia my home for the next year. There will be some new identities for me: teacher and Cambodian missionary. I am hopeful in God's plans for me, and our Cambodian team and I hope everyone will keep us in their prayers! God bless~!!
